All Madison Metropolitan School District schools will reopen on Tuesday, September 2 for the 2008-09 school year and school lunches will begin on that date.
The regular starting and dismissal times for each school are listed below.
Parents should note that on Mondays, elementary schools are dismissed early. Also, elementary schools will be dismissed at the earlier, Monday time on Tuesday, September 2 and Wednesday, September 3.

The following schools start at 7:45 a.m. and dismiss students at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday — Friday. Every Monday these schools start at 7:45 a.m. and dismiss students at 1:00 p.m. These schools also dismiss at 1:00 p.m. on September 2 and 3.
